Description

Our premium organic soy sauce is a low viscosity, opaque and light brown soy sauce. 

It is brewed by first culturing steamed wheat and soy beans with aspergillus and then letting this mixture ferment in brine. 

This is the preferred soy sauce used for seasoning since it is saltier, has less noticeable colour and also adds a distinct fragrance flavour. 

Brewed according to the traditional and organic method to give it a rich soy flavour and aroma. 

The very best drops from the first extraction of soy sauce brewing to delicately enhance the taste of your dishes.
