Description

粘米粉rice flour由大米製作而成,台灣又稱在來米粉,性質與糯米粉很相似,
只是黏性較糯米粉低,但它則較易定形,因此多用來製作有形狀或固體食品。
粘米粉用途
常吃糕點蘿蔔糕、砵仔糕、年糕等都有用上粘米粉。有時候為了平均糕點的軟韌程度,糯米粉和粘米粉會按比例一同使用,令糕點有口感之餘,又能夠有固定形狀。
