木薯粉又稱樹薯粉，英文是Tapioca Flour，
它是從樹薯根部提煉而成的澱粉，由於種植木薯種植較容易，

木薯粉用途
木薯粉可以用作炸物之用，但其澱粉黏性較差，口感偏硬偏脆身。
其次，木薯粉又稱泰國生粉，所以用途與我們常用的粟粉差不多，
